Fetus: Latin word for "unborn mammal or offspring". 

A Baby is formed at the time of conception. Laws were created to dehumanize the meaning of, "Baby", by naming them "Fetus", which implies babies are more of a "Thing" and not a "Person" in their context.

Over the years many people have become dehumanized; not looking at an Unborn Baby as a Human Being but instead a "thing" that can easily be thrown away and forgotten.
